These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Praxis Core Prep service (the “Service”), operated by Praxis Core Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Praxis Core Prep is an educational test-preparation service for the Praxis® Core Academic Skills for Educators exams. All passages, questions, and explanations are original and modeled on publicly available exam blueprints. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by ETS, and we do not reproduce official Praxis test content. Praxis is a registered trademark of ETS.

No guarantee of results

The Service is a study tool. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or achieve any particular score. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid access is a month-to-month subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period.
• You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused content, or periods during which your account remained open but unused. Your right to cancel at any time, described above, is your remedy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account, resell access, copy or redistribute our content, or use the Service in any unlawful way or in a way that interferes with its operation or security.

Our content

All content in the Service — including questions, passages, explanations, videos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own exam preparation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praxis Core Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
